Horrible experience

I've been with at&t since 2-1-21.in the 3 weeks I have been a customer I've recieved 2 broken s21 5g's I've been waiting 3 weeks for a replacement s20+I was offered.i spend 3+ hours on the phone to get the run around and nothing has been resolved. Worst customer experience I've had ever
