Horrible experience with loyalty deparment
I have been with ATT for years! I convinced my husband, who was on Verizon, to switch —and now I’m wishing I’m the one the switched!
we were lied to by several associates and have had nothing but problems dealing with ATT customer service.
we got a tablet on our plan, which we were told would not increase our bill (due to a promotion). We were shocked to find our bill has an increase on it. Well the tablet was defective, both att and Samsung have been no help in resolving this issue. Since then we have had numerous calls to the loyalty line with RUDE associates and unwillingness to help us.
at this point we are ready to pay any cancellation fees to get away from Att and the horrible experiences we have had.
Has anyone else has experiences like this?

I’m sure you were told the tablet was free, but yo have to pay for service. AT&T doesn’t sell Wifi only tablets, what would be the point?
Tablet is under warranty for 1 year.

Android tablets are junk. Stick an iPad on the line and enjoy. You’re under a 2 year contract for the free tablet. Phones can be paid off and unlocked.
‘Free tablet’ deals are SOP with all carriers
