Horrible customer service

On hold for over 4.5 hours. Wanting to transfer available phone number from one plan to another. Calls are Transferred constantly with no resolution in sight. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

You need to do a Transfer of Billing Responsibility (TOBR) online.  First link has instructions and short video. 2nd link is to the TOBR  to  start the process.
