Home experts fraud

2023 and having same issue home expert esteban Navarro came  to our house and promise a bunch of stuff  that weren’t applied !! Trade in that he never picked up and time expired, fake lines, had us switching from t-mobile which I strongly regret we had a bill in March of $1600 they seem no to be able to solve anything we tried speaking to his manager Adam and he never answer we went to the store they can’t help we tried calling customer service they can’t help!! I’m sick in my stomach with all of this fraud and scam !!!!!
