Hold Times

New customer as of 5pm. I get an email for my account information; apparently I’m signed up for the ‘elite’ plan ($95/month) rather than the ‘starter’ plan, which is the one I intended & signed off on. 

I’ve been on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes now; I’m not really sure how long I should wait for. Does anyone have any advice for me?

When you create your online account, change to the desired plan. There's no reason to talk to customer service for a simple plan change. They have a way to make simple things way too complicated.

Regarding your AT&T Unlimited plan change, you can go ahead and change your wireless plan when you login to your account. We can also assist on our end if that is more convenient for you. Did you get assistance from the agent you were on hold with? If not, or if you encounter any errors while attempting online, please let us know.
