Help - Request to unlock Phone is Stuck in Pending for 12 days now.

I have been attempting to unlock my Iphone 6. It has been stuck in pending status for 12 days now after submission on the ATT unlock site. Please advise how to resolved.

For starters, did you check our eligibility requirements before submitting your unlock request? Since you know the status is pending, it's correct to assume that you have been checking the status regularly? If your device meets all of our requirements, we'll need to take a closer look into why you're having trouble with your unlock.

Hello,

It needs to be paid in full, active or recently active on an AT&T account and not be blacklisted. If you know those are all covered, visit www.att.com/deviceunlock to submit request. If it has an error, it will state why. If it says approved request, then cal, customer care to expedite it via (Phone number hidden) and say “unlock” when prompted for reason for call.
