Help New Update messed up Phone

Hi I Updated today and now my phone can't download any types of file or Save any information.

and it also made my adobe flash player not work anymore,

Is it because of the security update now it's impossible to download off any websites?

is there a off option? what can i do?

It's possible. Generally if there's any screwup with the updates, manufacturers usually try to put out a hotfix to make sure it works properly soon after.

In the meantime, the basic software troubleshooting steps usually look like this

1) restart

2) update

3) wipe

4) warranty/replace

Okay the problem seems to be kitkat, wow out of no where, We lost the right to stay with our current OS. Will a factory reset bring me back to jelly bean OS?
