Got a new iPhone 12 at a Costco kiosk and need to send in my old iPhone X- how?
I got a new iPhone 12 at a Costco kiosk and need to send in my old iPhone X. I can't find the info online and don't have the time or patience to call in. I just need to figure out how to get my old IphoneX into ATT so that I can get the trade in rebate applied to my account. Any ideas?

How long ago did you get the iphone 12? You should receive trade in materials automatically within 2 weeks. If it has been that long already, you can request trade in materials here: https://tradein.att.com/contact-us

Awesome thank you. Has not been quite 2 weeks and the Costco guy said I would be putting in some info for the trade in.
