GoPhone SIM Card expired?
I purchased a GoPhone SIM card 2 years ago and used it for 1 month and did not use it since. Do SIM cards expire?
When I try to login to refill the balance, the userid which is the phone number I was given is not recognized. When I try to activate the SIM card by entering the 20 digit SIM card number, I get the error "GP103: The SIM number entered does not exist. Please check the number and enter it again. "

Your SIM card is useless (expired) !
You need a new SIM card !
AT&T will give you a new number with a new SIM card.

Hi @asawrup
You can keep your SIM card active by maintaining some balance, but keep in mind that refils and balance have expiration dates too. For example $15 expires in 30 days, $25 or $50 in 90 days and $100 expires in 1 full year. Once expired there is a 59 day waiting period after which the number/account/SIM will be canceled.

Thanks for the info. For future reference, can I avoid a SIM card from expiring by simply keeping a balance on the account?

The SIM card itself costs $10. Are you saying ATT will give me a SIM card for free?

good day! i bought an unlocked at&t phone from ebay ( LG V20 H910 ) and i want to update the phones software system from android nougat to its updated version. the problem is i'm from the philippines and i need a sim card to update my phones software. please help me.
