My go phone prepaid month to month wireless phone was supposedly destroyed approximately 2015 or so.  Now I need to get some sort of list or record of calls on that phone if possible...don't remember the phone number.  Even my paperwork was destroyed of payments etc.  Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Prepaid has no paperwork and active accounts have only 6 months of records online.  There would not be any records from 2015.

Hello @cjreise, and thanks for reaching the AT&T community for help!

We understand that keeping track of phone records is very important, and we would be more than happy to provide assistance.

In order to view your account history, you must first be logged into your AT&T Prepaid Account with the 10-Digit wireless number and 4-Digit password to further complete these steps:

  1.  At the top of the page, select Account History.
  2. Choose start and end dates - select up to 30 days at a time.
  3. Select the History Type drop- down menu to view choices.
  4. Select Submit or Export to PDF

You can also visit our AT&T Prepaid Usage Article  to help check recent usage and details.

We hope this information provided can help.
