AT&T deactivated my SIM card.  After much haggling they sent another yesterday.  I did not get it.   Can I request and get another cell number and a universal SIM card.

It may have been pilfered.

I don't have access to my cell number and am having a hard time requesting one through my account.

Let's provide all options available for requesting a new number and SIM @.

If you're having trouble requesting a new number through your account, we recommend visiting your local AT&T store.

We hope this helps.

Is there a reason why they deactivated your sim card? Have you been using a phone that is not compatible with AT&T after the 3-g shutdown?
