Fraudulent Account Opened with My Personal Information and I am Unable to Call AT&T from Skype

On Sunday, April 3rd, 2022 at 1:15 AM I received an email from AT&T Online Services with email address [EDITED] letting me know that "Your online AT&T bill is
ready."

The bill is for Account ending in: [EDITED], and the Payment due: 04/04/2022

I did not opened such account. I am a victim of persistent targeted and coordinated hacking and harassment attacks, and my personal documents (birth certificate, driver license, passport, and other documents) went missing from my own home.

I've been trying to call AT&T phone numbers 8002882020 and 8003310500 through Skype and I am disabled from doing so. I need to make this call through Skype to record the screen and call as I do the call to keep a record of whatever I am told and what I say. I do not want to call from a regular phone because I believe I will not be talking to a real customer service agent from AT&T, and the fact that I am disabled from calling through Skype confirms my concerns.

I tried to get support through your chatting service, but the automated service requires to login, and I have not created any online account related to account, so I will not even try to login and recover credentials or such because I am worried that doing so may lead to confusion and misunderstandings.

These two videos illustrate my disablement to call AT&T from Skype:

Trying to call several times on March 29th, 2022 starting at 1712 hours PST, and final try 1801 hours PST from Clark County, Nevada, Public Library: [EDITED]

Trying to call several times earlier today, April 5th, 2022 at 1153 hours PST from Starbucks 5715 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89119: [EDITED]

I need to received support without signing to the online account. Please view the email address associated with this post. This is the address to which I received the email notifying me of the bill associated with account ending [EDITED].

Thank you

UPDATE: This video illustrates that I am able to upload 272MB video to YouTube in little over six minutes but Connection Too Weak to Call AT&T From Skype [EDITED]

More than likely, the only info of yours that was used was your email address. It could be simple typo, in fact.

Check your credit reports and see if a AT&T ran a credit check. If not, then you're in the clear.

@Constructive, I am aware the documents missing is a police matter. I filed a report.

Will you help me check the account ending 8032 , that has email associated with my user in this forum, and my name and street address? I could provide the additional information through a private message or through a chat with customer service

@MicCheck , The email was sent to my email address and had my name. That could also be a coincidence, but given that I am a victim of persistent targeted coordinated hacking and harassment, and that my documents went missing from my home, and that I cannot call ATT through Skype, I believe there is a high possibility a fraudulent account was open to my name and SSN.

I think it is reasonable that I expect support from ATT without having to resource to a credit report.

Thank you for your input.
