Fraud Department will not answer or return calls.

Recently my account was hacked and a device was ordered on my account. I have contacted the fraud department directly and I've been forwarded to them several times over the past 10 days. Every time I am placed on hold for 30-60min then put into a voicemail. I have now left 5 messages without receiving a return call. The regular customer service support agents don't have access to account fraud remedies.



1. Is there a way to bypass the main 1-877/1-800 switchboards and contact someone directly?


2. Is there a way to escalate the issue beyond standard support methods?

I am going through the same issue. I have had two devices ordered without my permission. My account has been hacked and I get no response from the fraud department. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service I have received. I am in the process of switching to Verizon due to the lack of support from AT&T. I am never going to recommend them to anyone else. Sadly they will not resolve My isssue if they are not available to answer the phone or call me back!
