Fraud Department False Accusations

Let me first say Ive had att since it was cingular and my family since it was southwestern bell but today i had an experience like none other! In august i called in about fraudulent charges just to find out someone had an account opened in my name at an address ive never lived at not heard of! after going through thta for about 3 months I finally talk to someone one Oct 31st that took the time to read the notes and understood enough to help me set up payment arrangement for my acutal account and opened a case to get my services and information separate of the other account. 


Today 11/1 i called in to check on everything wanting to make a payment. I get directed tofraud department and speak with someone who accused me of being the fraudster. Didnt let me speak told me she would be turning me into the FBI because if I’m going to do fraud I should do it right! What the ?! and whn the phone hung up she would be cancelling my services. I know for a fact the notes on the account shows ive been calling since august. this rude employee cancels me!! i have no way of calling back and ive had this number since 2008 this is frustrating and not okay with me! who do i have to talk to about confirming my identity!! I am not the fraudster!! I am the victim!!
