Fraud canceled my account
How can att fraud department Be so heart less my number of 15 years has been lost due to att fraud department thinking my account was fraud they don’t even want to try to reinstate my account, worse customer service in the history. According to them they have no reason to cancel my account without even a warning and att expects you to bring over other customers with the way I have been treated been dealing with this issue for 2 months now

The same thing happened to me and the fraud dept are very rude and will NOT help you. They make you feel like a criminal

Fraud cut my phones off, I ported 4 numbers from Verizon which was the WORST MISTAKE I have ever made, I took my ID and 2 of my phones to a local ATT store, that was not good enough for them considering 2 of the phones are in another city and one is not being used! I’m paying for this service and devices if I choose to not allow my child to use that device that’s my decision! But instead I was punished by ATT and numbers we’ve had for years were cut off! Not including my frustration the fraud reps were very rude and not helpful at all. They made me feel like a criminal, I’m so disappointed in this company and the way I was treated and the time I spent going to the local office, not including the business my husband lost at his store because he uses his hotspot for our credit card machine, this has impacted us in many ways.

There fraud dept is horrible and after proving who I was all my devices are still off!!!!!!! And no one will look into this mistake, easy fix but the reps do not care
