This seems like it happened to a lot of people recently. This has to be their fault. I have no luck getting into the fraud department. Were you able to cancel the order? If not, go in and cancel before they ship it. I'm however, still waiting for my refund. Here is what I posted from another thread.
This is horrible to see that I'm not the only person this has happened to! I had someone purchase 2 iphone X from my account this past Monday 12/11. I was able to go in and cancel the order, but the money was withdrawn from my bank account. I was told refund 24 - 48 hrs and am going on day 4. I've called fraud dept and on hold for over an hr and half before I gave up and hung up. I reside in San Antonio, TX and the phone was set to ship to Philadelphia, PA. This should have alerted them to question the purchase. One rep tried to inform me that my account was not hacked....smh. I have a passcode on my account but that obviously doesn't work. Someone hacked in and used my saved bank information, which is promised to be secured on their website. I am completely upset, still waiting for my refund. This is the worst time, Christmas, for this to happen. And such a large dollar amount.

Thanks for the information. I've been on hold with AT&T for 3 hours so far, still holding as I write this. I am unable to cancel the order. I will leave AT&T - this service is horrible.

I received another email with the FedEx tracking number for the fraudulent Iphone orders. I called FedEx and within 2 minutes they cancelled the delivery and are sending the phones back to AT&T. FedEx fraud number: 1.800.584.2681

Go ahead and have fedex return the phone. Please send a private message here @ATTDmitriyCM with your account information so your account will not be charged. He is handling the fraud cases

I saw that person asking for account information, saying he works for Att...I'm just concerned and worried that he doesn't really work for them. Sending all your personal and account info doesn't seem right without actually having them in direct conversation.
Glad you were able to return it through FedEx.
