I have been trying since January 2019, I have done everything that I was told to do. I received a call from an AT&T Rep. in February 2019 and I was told that I would get the discount. After an upgrade and speaking to support the rep told me that I was not activated in the First Net Discount Program.  She went on to tell me that I needed to go into the store in my city.  I went into the store and they advised me that I would have to change my number to qualify.  I'm getting the run around and I hate to say, after being an At&t customer for many years, I am being forced to change my service if this isn't resolved.

I would take any information, like “change your number”, with a grain of salt.

Not sure what to suggest as FirstNet is run by At&t, but isn’t exactly At&t.
