Yeah going through insurance to replace the phone is a (Edited per community guidelines)ing joke with AT&T I had dropped my phone and broke the screen and then I ended up leaving my phone at a car dealership and because somebody stole it AT&T needed me to tell them the exact date and time to process my claim of when the phone was last used well I didn’t know when the phone was last used because I don’t keep track of what time I call or text somebody and also somebody stole the phone so how am I going to know I mean it is an iPhone 11 so they shouldn’t have been able to open it right now here I am three weeks later almost and AT&T has done nothing but tell me I needTo finish paying off my iPhone 11 before they’ll help me well then why the (Edited per community guidelines) do I pay for phone insurance every month and a assurion is just as much of a (Edited per community guidelines)ing joke!!

I had a device with AT&T that Zi named Randolpho. My device got stolen. I blocked and suspended d the phone from people, si that it didn’t has yo be used. I don’t remember when it hot stolen. I search for it, but couldn’t get it retract. I put a claim with the insurance. They denied my claim and Zi don’t know why since device is insured. What do I need yo fo for them to give me s new phone? Its unfair. I have been with them for do long and now they did this yo me! I want a new phone because the one stolen is nit longer in use. Its blocked!

I Have 2 iPhone 6s And Both Are Now Having Battery Issues, One Phone Will Not Take a Charge At All, The Other iPhone 6s Once Plugged In Will Only Get To The Apple Picture And Not Move Past That And I Have Tried Everything Resetting It With Holding The Buttons But This Is Frustrating As One Of The Phones Has Call Forwarding Set On It And Now I Can Not Turn It Off Since I Can Not Get The Battery To Charge To Turn On The Phone

If you have insurance, you can file a claim. You might be better off purchasing new phones, though.
