I am not getting anywhere with ATT and they have lost my trade in device.  I have a copy of the tracking information that clearly shows it was packaged and mailed and ended up as delivered by USPS and trade in is stating that if I don’t have the IMEI number they can’t do anything.  How can this be escalated so I can get my trade in credits.  This really is a scam as people post on the internet.

File a BBB complaint to get it escalated to upper management, who will call you.
