Feedback on Agent
I called AT&T and the gentleman I spoke with this morning should be recognized as the "gold standard" in customer service -- I occasionally come across someone who's polite, professional, and shows he really takes his job seriously and customer service is their priority. Ray really stood out and should set the standard for all AT&T customer service agents and I would go so far as to say any company that provides customer service. Agent *****. Just listen to one of his calls, I'm sure he's consistently professional and courteous. Keep up the good work Ray! If management doesn't recognize this note, then someone else eventually will.
