FALL2016TRADE Trade in offer HELP!

I signed up for the FALL2016TRADE promotion last September. I signed up for the ATT Next EVERY YEAR Installment plan.

 

My account is showing that I am NOT on the Next Every year plan but the Next plan.  The amount I am charged on every bill for the installment plan is $27 which proves I am on the Next Every Year plan.

 

How do I get this fixed? Every single time I call ATT the rep has no idea what they are doing. They can't help. They can't even verify I am on a promotional plan.   They did say the plan I am on has this code. *518374 if that can help you fix my issue.
