Extreme wait times with HANG-UPS from ATT reps!,Bill Credits for Porting Line Never Granted

*** Please advice on Next Steps I can take as a consumer.***

Back in November I ported my numbers on two lines over from Verizon Wireless and bought two phones on the ATT Next program and was told by the representative that I would be receiving a $150 credit per line ported over as a new customer incentive.($300 total owed credit) This offer was right before Thanksgiving in November 2015. I was first told that my credit would be automatically applied in 45 days. Then when I called, I was told that I had paid my bill late one month, so I now had to wait a few more months for the credit to reflect on my bill.

 

I have called back many times and am put on 45-and hour plus wait time and am forced to give up on my effort. I have screen  shots of my attempted calls lasting 53 minutes and then getting hung up on, another waiting 48 minutes and getting hung up on. Verizon wireless was never neglegent on following through with their offers. I happened to be on no contract and thought ATT had just as good of service, but I was wrong.

Over 10 calls to ATT with same issue when I can since I am a business owner, and no assistance or action from customer service representatives. Tired of the hassle. Please feel free to email me at reynamc10@gmail.com if you have any support to offer me. Thank you!
