Same way you always ordered At&t service as a new customer.

Hey there Jonathon123, we'd be glad to provide you with information on how to get an ESIM.

Be aware:

• For Apple devices with eSIM capabilities, you don’t have to order a card or go to a store to get one.
• Some devices with eSIM capabilities can support more than one phone number.

For the iPhone set up process: 

• You’ll need a Wi-Fi connection on your phone and an eSIM activation card with a QR code from AT&T. To download your eSIM, open your camera app, point the camera at the QR code, and follow the prompts.

  If you can’t scan the QR code with your camera, follow these steps:

   

  • Open Settings.

  • Select Connections.

  • Select SIM card manager.

  • Select Add mobile plan.

  • Follow the prompts to scan the QR code on your eSIM activation card from AT&T.

To order a new eSIM within your AT&T account:

1. Go to your myAT&T account overview.
2. Scroll to My devices.
3. Choose Manage for the device that needs a new eSIM.
4. Scroll to Options & settings and select Get a new eSIM.
5. Confirm your selection to Get a new eSIM.
6. Follow the prompts to complete your eSIM setup.
