Escalation Ticket Status

is there a way to view the status of an escalation ticket from premier.  This is for wireless, not managed services.  I find it kind of frustrating to have to wait on the phone for 20 minutes to listen to a 1 minutes synopsis of where they are with my issues.  #firstworldproblems....
