EOS CCA problems with your service

 

I have something from EOS CCA showing up on my credit and have no information regarding what it is for.   It says it is in reference to ATT mobility.  I went to AT&T and they could not help me because they have no records on my account with any past due.  I have 6 phones on an account and a Uverse package that Ive paid on time for years.  How do I find what this is about???

I would contact EOS CCA and ask them to provide proof that you owe what they claim.  They must provide that to you if you do owe them money.  Additionally, contact your credit agency and contest the claims from EOS CCA.  If you don't owe them money, that will have to remove the comments.  If you do owe them, the comments will stay, but they will need to show the proof you asked for.  It is possible that they mis-entered a name or SSN when they entered the information into the credit report, so your requesting the proof will show you what you owe, or where they made an error.
