Enjoy new account order status

I opened up a new account with AT&T May 9 here it is May 12 and I still have not received my order I’ll called enjoy to check the status because AT&T still says it’s pending for them to deliver enjoy says AT&T has to release my phone in order for them to deliver it I called AT&T again and AT&T said the phone is released to enjoy for them to set a delivery date then I’ll talk to enjoy again and they said I have to wait until they find out what day they’re going to deliver totally unacceptable for a new customer I always thought AT&T had good customer service until I became a customer this has been an order from (Edited per community guidelines)

After submitting an order online, you will receive a confirmation email that contains your order number. To check your order online, you simply need your order number or wireless number and zip code and click the link here: Check Your Order Status


You can also check your order status by dialing 877.782.8870. Just like checking your status online, this option is available 24/7. If you are switching to AT&T and keeping your wireless number, you can also check the status of your number transfer/port request here: Number Transfer Status


In addition, you will receive another email that includes shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped.

I am currently dealing with this same exact issue.  Almost two weeks waiting for the phone. says they need information.  AT&T said they sent information.

Who's doing all the work to get to the bottom of this?  Me.  The customer.  The one who is PAYING FOR THE SERVICE HAS TO DO THE WORK!  Why can't they talk to each other?  If they are partners?  Why can't they put me on hold and talk to each other?  Why am I spending three hours of my day to find an answer out?  It's a phone!  This should be a no brainer!  I can't get any answers from anyone or I get disconnected or some scripted answer.  This is horrible on the part of AT&T and Enjoy to not come together to accept accountability and offer a reasonable answer to their customer.
