“Enjoy” delivery service, worst customer experience

I ordered a trade in phone and was planning to have it shipped due to our work schedules. After placing the order I found out I had to be present to receive it between 4 and 8 pm today. I left work early to make sure I would be here. I sat outside my house for four hours. Nobody showed up.

I called, finally got through, and I was told our delivery was rescheduled for two days from now. They said they sent an email. It didn’t come. We did get the original email scheduling today’s delivery, so it’s not that they have the wrong email or that it was blocked by a spam filter.

I am so frustrated. AT&T, whatever you are paying “Enjoy” to make your deliveries, it’s too much. What a waste of my time, your money, and my good feelings toward your company. Go back to basic shipment for your customers. There may be those who want the personal service and set up, but we have been doing it ourselves for every phone update from the first iPhone through our current 7pluses.

Now I was told that, since I can’t take more time off to sit and wait for my next delivery time slot, I should go find a store with it in stock.

Interesting, that is the second bad review for Enjoy.  I guess you get what you pay for, but ATT sure isn’t.

Enjoy is horrid. I ordered my phone and got a email right away saying it would be here between 4-8 the next day. The next day I got a email from Enjoy saying someone would be at my home at 5:00. That was at 3:21pm and 3:41pm I got another email saying they’d be here the next day????? No call no contact other than email. I took off work early and sorry I do t check my email every 10 mins. I tried to call Enjoy got a general mail box tried to online chat it says after 5 mins of waiting when your one in the line sorry were busy leave your email and will contact ya. I called AT&T they had no way to contact them and can’t canel my order. This was at 4:30 in the afternoon mind you. I can’t take off work early again... save yourself the time and just have it shipped or go into the store. ENJOY is one of the worst services I’ve ever dealt with. Oh and when you try and resch on the site it says to call them. Guess what NO ONE ANSWERS.

The Enjoy employee that was supposed to bring my new iPhone today was extremely kind and professional. Unfortunately, ATT gave him a faulty phone for my delivery which, to me, seemed extremely odd. He told me that he will be coming tomorrow morning to give me a working phone but it's confusing that AT&T would stock his inventory with faulty phones. Apparently he could tell when he typed in the serial number but I'm just bummed. Again, he was extremely kind, and communicated with me in a professional manner. Fingers crossed I get a phone tomorrow and not a faulty one 😞

They don't test the phones, they're new and assume they work. But bad phones and sim cards do happen

I was excited to order my new phone, and that it was going to be delivered to my door! I was told by a customer rep that FEDEX was going to send it but then I got a call from an Enjoy expert confirming my address and drop off time...I got super confused. He told me he was going to come by between 4 and 6 and he did just that! What a nice man but the phone he was going to give me was "faulty". He told me that AT&T stocks his inventory with faulty phones which got even more confusing to me. I'm glad I didn't end up with that phone but I was bummed that it went that way. Again, he was extremely kind and professional. I have no problems with him. My problem is that AT&T stocked him with a faulty phone for delivery. A different employee will be coming by tomorrow morning and (fingers crossed) it goes smoothly. I think next time I need a new phone, I'll pick it up in store. Great that they have the delivery option though.

@csanc0628  The phones come from Apple originally, how are they supposed to know a sealed box contains a faulty phone?   Apple quality control isn’t what it used to be.

I chose next day delivery NOT Enjoy, and now Enjoy is telling me that they are getting nonstop calls from people complaining that they chose next day shipping and are being forced now to make an appointment and be somewhere to receive the phone. And ATT is playing dumb.

Another fun fact: Enjoy couldnt reach me today to deliver my phone because ATT system gave them a phone number from a landline I canceled 8 years ago!!

I am BEYOND frustrated. I work, I don't want to have to wait to meet someone.

Do not use ENJOY service.

Ordered 2 iPhones on Nov 21st for delivery on Saturday Nov 25th at 11 AM. All looked good that morning, including an email at 9:00AM that Tyler was to deliver my phones. THEN, at 11:05 AM I received an email that my delivery was now scheduled for 3 days later at 11:00 AM. No call, no explanation or option of other times...maybe the guy was in a wreck or something. Nope, I called Enjoy and the guy was vague about not being able to deliver it, so I asked if I could just get it couriered over or pick it up.  No, options.  Livid, after scheduling a Saturday on this delivery as part of a birthday gift, I called AT&T.  After being transferred a couple of times, they are trying to get me phones locally or another way besides relying on their awful service.

I ordered a phone, chose next day delivery thinking it was coming from FedEx and instead got a call from Enjoy saying the So Cal fires have delayed delivery by 2 days. That's great and all but I don't live near the fires. Then get a call on day if delivery saying only I can sign for it, no one else in my house.  Sorry but I work and my family is more than capable of signing for my packages. I ask them to redeliver to my work which is 5 minutes away and they said since it's a different zip code they'll have to send to another distribution center in another county. W. T. F. ?! My home and and work or in the same county. Now it's a weekend and I'm told it will deliver anywhere between 12-4pm, which I have to wait for and now a full Saturday is now spent sitting and waiting for a stupid phone ordered 5 days ago which should have been delivered the next day.

Someone apparently hacked our account and placed 2 different orders for cell phones.  One I was able to cancel, but the upgrades that are apparently coming through "Enjoy" I can't seem to get cancelled.  I've spent nearly 3 hours total today trying to get this figured out.  The gentleman from the fraud department this morning told me he had taken care of it and cancelled all orders, but then when I look at the order status it still shows as "Ready for Processing"- which is not cancelled in my book.  Then I got a text from some guy named Josh who is supposedly from Enjoy who wants to schedule my delivery.  I told him that it's a fraudulent order too, but that hasn't changed the order status either.  Already changed passwords and pins on the account, but what is to keep them from hacking me again?  Not sure what else to do to protect my identity, but clearly there is something wrong when even the fraud department can't seem to cancel a fraudulent order.

***** WORST!!  Wish I had seen these reviews before I committed.  Enjoy is the worst/horrible/pathetic.  DON'T DO IT.  Thought it was a great time saver.  "Next day delivery, Free".  Time away from work to wait...  Got a call 2 hours into my window saying they needed to re-schedule to 4-8pm.  Shuffle kid responsibilities to a friend, Wait...  Called them 7:40 (4 attempts to get a human) and the same guy that guaranteed me my delivery when he rescheduled says, "Oh i'm sorry they can't make it tonight.  Not sure why, they just can't."  Cancelled my order.  Back to square one- Huge Time *****being the operative word.  RUN AWAY!!!

Total scam this ENJOY service. We ordered two phones that were promised to be delivered today between noon and 4pm. Nobody showed up. When we called AT&T nobody knew how to help us. Our cellular data  is now disabled on the old phones but we still don’t have the new phones.

@Robbibobbi

How is a FREE service a scam?

Oddly enough, of service is paid for it usually gets better.  I assume ATT pays them, but should reconsider as it’s got some very bad reviews.
