Employee Discount Management

From the administrative side, how does AT&T know when an employee that is taking advantage of an IRU service discount is still with that company? Does the company administrator need to review all the employees who are part of the IRU Sponsorship program?

Thanks!

Chris

I recieved this email, which looks very suspicious by the way: "FIRST NOTICE Call AT&T at 866-482-4608 within 3 days to verify your employment/student status or your wireless service discount will not apply." I contacted AT&T and the customer service rep told me it was fake and not to respond. Is it fake or do I need to respond? If I do need to respond, you need to update your training for reps.

I received an identical email, which is timely because I just got my new iPhone 7 and they did not have my employee discount.

"FIRST NOTICE Call AT&T at 866-482-4608 within 3 days to verify your employment/student status or your wireless service discount will not apply."

When I called the number the person who answered could not verify they work for At&t.

AT&T please confirm how to verify employment discount.

When I log in on a COMPUTER, I see it at the top of the screen att.com, it's also on my bill.

I have received a text and an email requesting I call to verify my discount eligibility except I keep receiving a message that says "due to circumstances beyond our control, we can't take your call right now." How else am I supposed to verify my eligibility?
