Sure I have recieved emails stating that I need to send verification for my IRU discount. I verified my status in the store so i thought it's strange that I am recieving emails to do it again. The email has sent me 3 notices and tells me I need to respond with in 10 days to verify my employment. from a @genericdi.att-mail.com. I am just trying to find out if this is a real email since there is nothing in my ATT account messages.

So you are computer bot that runs a language program because you obviously did not read my previous post. This site is pretty much worthless to getting questions answered. It took 5 months to get my discount verified which ended up me diving 45 mins to a company store and now this....
How can we improve?
