Is there an email where I can discuss a promotional deal that was attributed to my account when I purchased a phone but then never followed through on? I called customer service. They sent me to the Rewards Center who sent me to customer service who sent me back to the rewards center. Each saying it is not their job to correct this. It is feeling like a bait and switch that the promotional offer never came through. I am hoping there is an email that I can follow up with.
