Email account on file no longer exists

I have not had this email {EDITED}@aol for years.  It no longer exists.  I have updated email address [email scrubbed]

Let us help you with updating your email, @BonnieWelch.


Just to get a good understanding, is your account still showing your old email after you updated it? This will let us know what steps to take next. 


To update your email on your account, here are the steps to take:

  1. Go to Contact info.
  2. If you have more than one account, select the account to update from the menu.
  3. Select the Phone, Email, or Address tab.
  4. Choose Edit to update the billing phone numbers, billing email, or billing address.
  5. Select Save.

After completing those steps, you can refresh the page to be sure your new email is saved and updated.
