Each time I try to view the data text or call logs, a blank white box appears

I'm not able to view the data text or call logs every time I do it pops up a blank white box with an X in the corner and if I ever get lucky to get anything to pull up it does not show accurate information, just blank mobile data logs instead of anything else.

This is a known error that we're working to fix right now. Our engineering team is aware of the problem and working on getting it fixed ASAP.

 

In the meantime, please try to use myAT&T on a desktop or laptop to see if you're able to review your data details.

Let's try clearing your browsing history and cache.

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete.
  3. Select the items you want to clear.
  4. Select the Delete, OK, Clear, or Clear data button, depending on your browser type.
  5. Close and reopen your browser.
