Don't walk, RUN!!!
I've been a customer for many years... aside from the most recent rate hike, the service has gone way downhill. The billpay site is misleading, if reps think you're too angry they put you on hold until you give up. If you call they quite litterally REFUSE to let you speak to a supervisor, and when you finally reach one they have 0 power to help you anyway. Garbage service, garbage company, garbage people, RUN!

Most plans haven't had a "rate hike." Have you checked to see if you're still on the most economically sensible plan?
How is it misleading?
Depending on what type of help you're seeking, that might very well be the case. If nothing is wrong, they can't fix anything.

@MicCheck that is true, but it took me two additional calls and 2 hours of my day to find that out.
How much do they pay you to (Edited per community guidelines) their d*** for them all day long anyway? Seems like you've got a lot vested in this company.
Now, are there any other words you'd like to try and spin on me?

Yeah he gets paid zero. Personally I have not had problems but I know folks that have. All companies are using offshore support now and it does show.

I'm sorry that you're not making sense.
You: It took forever to get a supervisor and they couldn't help anyway.
Me: That might be true, depending on what you wanted.
You: I wanted to speak to a supervisor!
You see how that's really confusing? Now, if you explain what you really wanted, perhaps one of us volunteers could help you find a path to get it.
