DONT GO TO SAMS CLUB AT&T

Same thing happened to me. I had 6 lines with Tmobile and i was paying 360usd and Anastasia told me I was going to pay 240usd same service, new phones and pay less. Of course I agreed to that. The only thing I had to pay was phones taxes so I paid 222usd. And first bill I have to pay the activation lines  but I’ll have a reimbursement for that  so I agreed. Then meanwhile I was waiting for new phones I was charged with another 222usd and when I called to costumer services they didn’t explain me anything the only thing they told me I was going to be reimbursment. But when I receive the phones, I receive an extra one so I went to a At&t store and explain the hole situation and they look for my account in their system and told me the actual ammount I was going to pay and explain me I wasn’t going to be reimbursed for anything that she said to me. And my acttual bill at At&t is higher than the one that i had at Tmobile. So know for returning my account to TMobile I have to pay 200usd. So this is not  fear for the costumers. This is not the way to have new costumers. I’m really mad at this point And nobody is giving me a solution.

Nothing in your post is clear. No matter who you buy phones from, whether it's T-Mobile or AT&T or verizon, or any mvno, you have to pay the sales tax on the full cost of phones up front.

Your original charge would sit on your account as pending until phones ship and then each individual charge for sales tax would be billed to your credit or debit card separately. The original charge falls off. Look at your credit card statement.

Cost per line for the starter plan for five lines or more is $30 per line, plus taxes.  After you trade in your old phones and credits start in 3 months, bill will drop down to approximately Service Plus Tax Plus anything over and above the trade-in credits.

Starter, 30 * 6 = 180

Extra, 35 * 6 = $210

If they are still running a switch offer, there's an additional $10 off or at least two lines for 25 months.

Taxes can be $7 +/- per line

Pricing for six lines or extra and starter are the same as for five

Kind of looks like Sam's Club came pretty close to me. You just aren't getting all your credits yet. By the way the auto-pay and paperless billing credit is not given until your first bill is paid via autopay and paperless billing. So make sure you sign up for both if you have not already.
