Divorce, she never signed the transfer form I filled out

Hi! I’m curious about this as my ex-wife and I have a phone plan and I tried, during the divorce, to fill out the separation/ of lines transfer form. She never signed it. She’s the primary account holder. Does she still have access to my information? (Call logs, who I text and message, data usage etc?) I may have been incorrectly told that she doesn’t. It wasn’t the cleanest divorce process so I’m feeling anxious about her access.

Is your line still on that phone plan? If so, yes, the account owner has access to usage logs for all lines on the account. You need to move your line off that account to prevent access to your information. You either need to port the number to a different carrier or do a transfer of billing responsibility of that line to yourself if you want to stay on ATT with your own ATT account. The transfer of billing responsibility is done online: https://att.com/tobr
