Dispute again unmatch device, condition on trade-in
AT&T mess up my account, bill, credit, and solutions whenever I try to deal with hardware.
I have 4 devices I upgraded over last december and this january.
I spoke to handful of reps to resolve this issues with going through different departments in different days and many hours.
I recorded unmatch device, condition on my trade-in and there's no way for them to track.
I am wasting my time and effort to resolve this issue and getting so much stress and losing my money because they are not properly handling my issue.
