Disconnect number and move phone installment to the other number on my account
I have two numbers on my account and want to disconnect one of them The one I want to disconnect has an installment plan for a phone. I have been told I can not move that plan to the other number on my account. Is this correct?

That is correct. An installment plan can not be moved to a different line. If you cancel the line with the installment, you will be billed the remainder owed on the phone.
