didn't receive email

I sent an unlock request but i didn't receive the email. When i tried to do it again i keep getting this error message

We want to know more about your device unlock. It's recommended that you check whether the email confirmation routed to a junk mail or other folder in your email.


Also, depending on your service (AT&T POSTPAID or PREPAID), you'll want to sign in to your account and confirm that your device has been active on the AT&T network for at least 60 days POSTPAID or 6 months PREPAID and that it meets our other eligibility requirements specified here.
