Deceptive marketing
why does ATT store reps lie to get your business. I was lied to about how much my service would be and the multiline fee was not explained as an additional charge. I was happier with boost. how to I get out of a contract.

You don’t have a service contract, you have phone installments. Pay them off, unlock them and port out.

Thank you for your advice. I will definitely review the contract and try contacting their customer service. It's just disappointing that I have to go through all this trouble due to deceptive marketing practices. Businesses should be held accountable for misleading their customers. It's not just about my experience; it's about protecting other consumers from falling into the same trap.
