Customer service

Today I called customer service for questions about my bill and Kerey Smith answered. He was so knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions and taking care of the problem. His customer service skills are so amazing. I was so impressed with all the details given by him to me. He really took the time to explain everything about my services. Thank you so much Kerey for your service. Best customer service ever.
