Customer service complaint

I would like to know where I can report bad customer service at a location in Missouri and great customer on the phone with a representative. Thanks.

Actually I have a sheet of paper given to me by the service rep at the store that I would like to include.

"Customer service". A term that once meant a friendly and knowledgable person who would help, guide and solve your problems. However now it's a term more about staying on hold for an eternity, talking to twenty different people and getting twenty different answers or being talked down to by people who have better things to do than be bothered by you. Welcome to the real world.

my service at the store was awful. Incorrect and time consuming. The online rep was thorough. Precise and offered a cAll back in a month to answer more. questions. I was just so frustrated over the lackadaisical and bad service at the store. I am going to pursue this..

I think you would be wasting a lot of time. Just get away from AT&T and never go back!

I am in total shock! I canceled my DirectTV service mainly because of the customer service misleading, runaround, time on the phone, etc. I was then billed an early cancellation fee which I felt was not quite right. I decided to waste a little more time with customer service, but not on the phone. I did the chat thing! Chatted with Dino and then Joe. Both were very professional and helpful! A supervisor called while I was chatting with Joe and promised a credit for the cancellation charge!!!! It's supposed to appear on my bill within 24 hours! WOW! If you have read my posts, you will see why I am in shock!

I will keep the forum updated on the supervisor's promise!!!

Well, it's been more than 24 hours and still no credit! However, with Monday being a holiday, I'm going to give it another 24 hours before I start another chat. The only reason I started using chat is that I can print out all the promises, transfers, details, etc. I know from other posts it isn't going to make much difference, but it makes me feel better to have it in writing!

Here I go again! It's now been more than 6 days since my credit promised in 24 hours and still no credit! I'm truly not surprised, but I will persevere! I am going to stick with the chat thing so I can at least have written proof though I know it will mean nothing!
