Customer service complaint
I would like to know where I can report bad customer service at a location in Missouri and great customer on the phone with a representative. Thanks.
Actually I have a sheet of paper given to me by the service rep at the store that I would like to include.

"Customer service". A term that once meant a friendly and knowledgable person who would help, guide and solve your problems. However now it's a term more about staying on hold for an eternity, talking to twenty different people and getting twenty different answers or being talked down to by people who have better things to do than be bothered by you. Welcome to the real world.

I think you would be wasting a lot of time. Just get away from AT&T and never go back!
