Customer Ser. Signed me up for the wrong plan
The customer service representive I spoke with signed me up for the wrong plan
I asked her to be on the 45 dollar a month unlimited plan and she thought I meant that I just wanted the 45 8g that’s 40$ after discount
Now of course all of my data is gone because I didn’t know
Att refused to give me a refund .. I can’t even switch the account myself this month
Why are they so strict ? I would like to request to att or to the CEOs/executives that I receive a refund.
