Customer loyalty - any experience with them regarding complaint? or Arbitration?

Supposed to be receiving a call from a manager at the Customer loyalty area and hope that this wasn't who just called back.  Any one have any experience with them? The person I spoke with on Friday was amazing and even followed up with me on Saturday to see if they had called.  But this person was 180 degrees different.  Hoping she was from another department because I had left requests for call back.  Have had the worst problem and all initial people I talk to completely understand but when they transfer me I just get told nothing they can do.  Really hoped this department would be different.  Any ideas or help is appreciated.

 

I really don't want to go through all the paperwork for the dispute center etc.  Anyone used their arbitration?
