Credit check

Yes I tried get a phone it said I passed credit check but I tried to cancel cause I wanted to put a new number so they had to do a new one so they made me do sercity question and I missed one said I have to wait ten days does that mean I wasn’t approved and can’t get service after ten days or what does it mean ????
