Corporate Ethics?
My son's phone was used in the commission of a crime against him and is now in the posession of the Attorney General's Office of our state. I went to the ATT store, explained the situation and was informed the best solution was for me to do an upgrade and get him a new iphone 5. It appears ATT will make this solution very easy as long as I pay more money. Can someone please be in touch with me and help me see how AT&T is not in the business of making a profit from the tragedy of a minor?
I would really like to talk to a corporate ethcis officer, or an Ombudsman.
