Compliment for Excellent Customer Service by Gustav


I wanted management to recognize the excellent and competent customer service of Gustav who helped me some weeks ago. Unlike the previous person who tried to help me, Gustav stayed stayed with me on the line to see if we could reach a live person at Samsung because of my phone problems. He was also very friendly and very knowledgeable about the policies and technology. It is because of people like Gustav that I stay with AT&T and tell all my family and friends about AT&T.  I truly hope that he will be recognized for his outstanding service. He is truly a gem to AT&T.  Thank you so much!
