Help me I was lied to! Lets talk on this forum about the initial lies to make sales, let's talk about the current At&t policy of no service plan information until the device arrives and is active. Let's talk about how customers can call and chat to the company for hours and go nowhere. Let's go through the forum history and see how many problems and complaints match this. You say you are posting thousands of time to "help other people" but as I read your posts it looks more like you are a strong supporter of At&t's policies. When do you think the lies will stop? No one believes there are people like you and formerlyknownas that are unpaid, online most of the day, and shamelessly supporting this company.

You clearly haven't read many of my posts if you think I am a strong supporter of AT&T's policies.  You seem want to make this a meta discussion of the forums instead of a discussion about AT&T services which is useless and really inappropriate.

The people responding to you on the forums are telling you how it is, i.e. how AT&T works.  They're not saying it should work that way, they're saying it does work that way and that you need to deal with that or go somewhere else.

Quit creating new posts to rehash the same tired arguments.

Ha, Awesome response!! The same tired argument is fraud, lies and deception!! It is all over this forum. "Telling it like it is" is precisely what I am doing so other people will not be tricked. The real question is why would you care if you do not have a solution? Unless you have some reason to back up At&t's clearly documented lies? Also maybe I am gathering more for my case? Before you start talking about how big At&t is and how many lawyers they can bring to bear, let us all consider this, an arbitration agreement signed after lies is not valid. Maybe At&t should wait to lie until after? Keep posting this is only strengthening my point.  

"gathering more for your case"?  Unless you're talking about a case of beer, you're straying into territory that is not allowed in these forums (per the forum guidelines that you agreed to) and can get your posts deleted.

We aren't going to get anywhere with this one. He still doesn't understand that a tablet is a data only device. Tablets cannot be put on a 'talk and text plan' like he asked for, because they cannot make phone calls send and receive text messages like a phone.

Virtual calls, like with Skype or Google voice use data.   Number sync connecting a tablet to a phone uses the tablets data. 

Plans are published online at att.com for anyone to read.  He didn't .
