Complaint
How do i file a formal complaint against a local district store manager? I was treated very very badly by a local district store manager here in missouri. I was trying to become a new residential client ive used at&t for over 15 years for my business. Ive never had problems or ever been latebpaying a bill.. But not only am i not switching my personal service to at&t. Im going to change by business account services as well.

While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock. As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.

Weāre all customers here same as you but you obviously only read what you want. Which by the way a quick google search shows that store is an authorized retailer not an AT&T store. They are independently owned so you need to contact the owner to complain which the number to call is in the window of the storefront

The previous reply is from a wireless customer who has to identify as an employee for the Forum rules but he is a pole engineer, does not work for wireless and is not in customer service.
Exactly what sort of response did you expect from your announcement? It seems pretty clear to me. You do not have to announce your departure this is not air traffic control at the airport.
AT&T has limited control over its franchisees. The people that work there are not AT&T employees.
But you can leave a store review if you locate the store online. And there's yelp reviews as well.
š¾ I donāt work for AT&T or any carrier. Never have, never will. My replies are based on experience and reading content available on the website. If you posted personal information, please edit and remove.
