I used my insurance plan to replace my phone when it stopped working. Well when I got my new phone I had someone there help me activate the new phone. My problem happened when she got my new phone working, but canceled my data plan, and my texting plan. Now because she messed up, I am stuck with out my texting or data plan until they can fix it, unless I want to change my service plan. Why should I have to do anything because your company messed up my phone service. And then to be told sorry if u do not change your plan then it will take 72 hours to get your services back. This is wrong that, your company made a mistake and I am paying for it.
