Complaint on Wyncote At&T store

After talking with customer service yesterday,  being told I was unable to change plan to the first net plan over the phone, the next day  I proceeded to the store. Unfortunately, I was told the system was down when I arrived and it has been down since friday. Before I was told the system was down a associate sat me down asked me a few questions and began to work with another customer and left me waiting.

Not sure why the associate began to wait on me and left to care for another customer but its rude and this is not the first time this has happened in this store. After attending the Chelten ave store in Pa. customer service was well appreciated. The sales person stated they were not sure why they stated their system was down but they all work on the same system.

most likely the first store was an authorized retailer not a corporate store
